Auto headlights should not turn on when opening the door.

When I get in the car at night I don't really want the headlights to turn on as soon as I open the door. I am not even in the car yet. Also I may not be driving off immediately and so the headlights being on is not wanted. Especially in a residential situation. I think the auto headlights should come on when the car changes to Ready state. In the past it was normal to start a car before switching on the headlights. The headlights just added additional load to the starter battery and reduced the current available to crank the engine. I think the C10 should mimic that behaviour, only switching on the headlights after the car is "started".
