B10 Cabin ventilation side window, during winter the windows fog up enormously

B10; adjust cabin ventilation. The driver's and passenger windows fog up very quickly during the winter months. It would be nice if you could adjust the airflow, as the airflow is too limited, even at the maximum setting.
