Password fails, car impossible to start

Password not working. I parked my car in a parking lot, and upon returning, the left leg of the keypad didn't work. Numbers 1, 4, and 7 couldn't be entered. I didn't have an NFC card with me and unfortunately had to go home by other means of transport to pick it up. The car could be started with NFC, and after that, the entire keypad worked again, and entering the password allowed me to start the car without NFC.
