Menu Bar Position Option.

LHD versions have the menu bar on the left side of the centre screen. RHD versions have the menu bar on the right side of the centre screen. The menu bar in a RHD version is hidden behind the steering wheel. I would like the option to move it to the left side of the screen. (if the option is there, please tell me where it is, as I can't locate it) T03 Model
