T03 - don't couple automatic high / upper beam with automatic low beam

At the moment the automatic high / upper beam (so the automatic turn off based on oncomming traffic) is coupled with the automatic low beam. There are situations when I actually manually need to turn on the low beam when the automatic based on daylight would not enable it - but this also means that the automatic traffic based high / upper beam is disabled which is a bit of a bummer...
