Shortcut to regen modes from steering wheel?

As far as I can tell, the only thing the left roller wheel on the steering wheel does is change the set speed if ACC is activated. If I've missed something, please say. Otherwise its a waste of a button/switch. I suggest adding the following: roller changes accelleration mode (if ACC not active), and left/right changes regeneration modes at all times. That would make it very useful and keep with the 'speed' theme.
