B10 GPs falls out

The B10 GPS occasionally cuts out. The navigation doesn't work. The screen says there's no GPS reception, even though there is 4G. Even though the weather is clear (in the Netherlands). How can this be resolved? P.S. It's very difficult for consumers to resolve these kinds of problems. The garage often doesn't know, and the sales department is inaccessible, so you have to go to the garage's service desk, which often doesn't know much either. Leapmotor, please do something about this! They should have an FAQ to answer these kinds of questions!
