C10 Reverse should support one-pedal

The C10 reverse mode operating in creep appears to be dangerous in my opinion, in particular when one-pedal is enabled for drive. It should be possible to default to creep or one-pedal, with the latter being the preferred default so lifting your foot off the accelerator brakes.
