Sign in with browser on YouTube

Currently the YouTube integration via the links app requires a full Google account sign in. This means that the links app has access to Gmail and calendar etc from the perspective of Google. This is not privacy centric design and many may feel apprehensive with a full Google login. Instead there is a way to sign in to Google using API tokens like this https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3015415?hl=en-GB where the user gets a QR code on the cars screen and then just scans the code on their phone and gives access to only YouTube on their account. This type of login is commonly used in smart TVs and other cars. Would be better to have this integration since in the current Links app there is no transparency of what is happening with the login and common account management pages for Google cannot be opened. So not clear what is going on in the backend...
