[B10] Optimization of the control logic for automatic high beams

In the current software version, there is an annoying lockout of the automatic high beam system. If the user temporarily and manually switches to low beams, they lose the ability to return to the high beam assistant until the next vehicle startup cycle. This is an unintuitive solution. Please introduce an update that will allow the high beam assistant's operation to be restored from the steering wheel stalk. This will improve the fluidity of vehicle operation in varying road conditions and eliminate the need to stop to reset settings.
