Make turning lights time configurable

When you just "tap" the left lever, the turning light blinks just for 2-3 times which is way short sometimes. Many cars allow to configure two or three different number of blinks (3 or 5 in the Kia EV3 case). Also, the view from the outside shows only sometimes (i guess it depends on speed or obstacle detection), but it would be more useful to show a rear view from cameras (I can alrady see whats in front of me and on the sides without a camera). Also, adding this in highway, just like Tesla does, is totally helpful.
