Make App operate over bluetooth

I can't open the trunk from the app while at my job's parking as there's no data network down there. Other cars allow to operate through bluetooth. Also sync info using the phone if the car is offline would be useful too. My car shows as "driving" since 8am. It's 4pm. I know is offline but it could just update with the last state obtained through bluetooth.
