Improve Dashcam Quality

The Problem: Current video recordings are capped at 640x480px with high compression. This makes the footage blurry and makes it impossible to read license plates during an incident. The Solution: Utilize the cameras' native hardware capabilities to allow higher-resolution recording. Minimum Request: If storage/processing is a concern, please at least allow the front-facing camera to record at full resolution and lower compression so the footage is actually useful.
