B10 brake lights in traffic queues

Discovered an issue with the B10 brake lights being on when stopped in traffic (with 'hold' activated) unless car is put into 'park'. This blinds/dazzles the driver behind and is unnecessary yo have brake lights on once car has stopped unless the driver keeps foot on brake pedal. Once in 'park', car won't always restart even if card is still on the NFC reader causing delays and frustration. Can we please have the brake lights turn off once car has reached zero mph i.e. when in 'hold' mode? Where I live requires ferry crossings and we have to sit in queues a few inches apart. We often have very busy roadworks and can be sat in traffic for well over an hour (or face a 3+ hour diversion). Bright brake lights are very annoying and this could easily be resolved by either allowing the brake lights to turn off once hold mode is activated.
