Move Speedo to the Centre of the Drivers Screen

Having the speed indicator to the left of the screen has been correctly noted by a number of reviewers as a bad idea as it realls is the principal driver infomation item and should be central - I the present left side location it gets obscured by the drivers hand when turning right
