Charging confirmation: Sound + Visual

There's no way to instantly tell if charging has actually started - no indicator LED, no sound, nothing. The car should use the AVAS speaker for an audible chime and flash the brake lights to confirm a successful connection. This would save a lot of guesswork, especially with finicky chargers.
