Headlight light density reduce while not moving

Allowing the system to auto reduce the light density when the car is station at night. Will be very good to the system will recude the headlight light density to 30% or 20% (maintence headlight light for road safety purpose) after certain of station period. Sometime we waiting inside the car, the headlight still ON and glaring others. At waiting traffic light, it act to save power as we no need super bright headlight glaring others road user
