SLOW-CHARGE POWER

Increase the slow-charging power limit. With a standard plug, the power can't go above 1.8 kW. Others colleagues who charge their electric cars at the office (like me) are able to reach 3 kW, and their car's app allows them to adjust the current or voltage the car receives, in ours, this feature is locked and can't be increased. Why does my B10 only charge to 1.8 when the rest of my colleague's cars charge to 3 (with others models)?
