Gentler (or optional) Reverse auto-braking (RCTB)

When reversing the car (i have a c10), I believe that the auto-braking feature could use some tuning / adjustment, as it currently feels overly aggressive and very sudden to me. That is, the brakes are ferociously slammed on even when the car is moving very slowly (and when other vehicles/objects are not super close), causing a large jolt to the passengers inside. And then, when the coast is clear and it is time to drive off: there's this awkward delay feeling of: (A) Put foot on accelerator to reverse (B) Nothing happens for 1 second - why? (C) In order to move again, put the foot on the accelerator again, but it has to be done semi-firmly (D) The car jerks a little before normal reversing resumes. This feels dangerous to me, as often there's not much time for reversing and the unwanted indecision from step B means that it can be hard to reverse safely + confusing for others. At the very least, if this can't be fixed easily, then the car should remember when we set it from "alert+brake" setting to kust "alert" level (this is always reverted ehen the csr is restsrted). but it eould be better to fix the reverse brskong properly.
