Add option to disable door-open indicator flash

When opening a door (e.g. driver or passenger side), the corresponding turn signal flashes 3 times automatically. Please add a setting to enable/disable this behavior. Reason: While intended as a safety/visibility feature, it can also be confusing for surrounding traffic. Drivers behind the vehicle may misinterpret the signal as an intention to pull out of the parking spot, which could lead to unnecessary hesitation or misunderstandings.
