[SAFETY ISSUE] Black screen and dangerous delay when shifting into Reverse (R)

There is a dangerous intermittent bug when shifting into Reverse (R). The infotainment screen can remain completely black for several seconds, and the parking sensors fail to chime immediately. This does not only happen right after starting the car, but can occur randomly at any time during normal use when shifting quickly into Reverse to maneuver. Because the safety cameras and radar systems lag behind, it creates a severe safety hazard (which has already caused a low-speed collision due to the missing visual/audio feed). Suggested fix: Parking safety systems must have absolute, hard-coded priority over the OS. The rear/360° camera feed and parking sensor audio must initialize instantly upon selecting Reverse, overriding any other background process or app currently running on the screen.
