App shortcuts not working with Siri when device is locked

Shortcuts created using the Leapmotor app (version 1.12.3) cannot be executed via Siri when the device is locked. According to Apple, this is due to a faulty integration of the app with Siri (on iOS 26.5), as all privacy settings are configured correctly. This is particularly frustrating because voice commands (such as ‘open the boot’) are always needed when you don’t have your hands free to unlock your iPhone.
