Feedbacks being marked as Closed and comments locked out.

Several times I have wanted to comment on a feedback on this site which was saying an issue was resolved. But the issue still exists. It seem like as soon as one person says it is fixed or working then the discussion is closed. But sometimes the person commenting may be mistaken, not fully understanding the issue or not realise it is for a different model of car than the one they have. The Feedbacks should be marked as closed but the comments left open for while to allow for additional information. An example of this is the "Add Netflix and other media platforms in the links app" feedback that was recently closed. But the suggestion of downloading the Vivaldi browser didn't solve the issue. Going to Netflix in Vivaldi allows the main Netflix page to load and you can login. But any video pops up a "Protected Content" error even though the Protected Content is enabled in settings. So unless this is unique to me, I would say that feedback is far from completed. Especially as the OP's request was for native streaming apps. Using the web browser version of the streaming service would be a workaround, if it worked.
