Change infotainment screen layout to be suitable for right hand drive vehicles.

At the moment the infotainment screen has the menus on the left side of the screen. Nicely accessable for drivers of left hand drive vehicles. But that same layout in a right hand drive vehicle is awkward. I think when a vehicle is built as a right hand drive the layout should have the menus on the right side of the screen. It really shouldn't require too much more than changing some of the element x-axis offsets to be negative rather than positive.
