Allow Vehicle telemetry data to flow thru via C10's IVI wifi internet connection

We appreciate the good work that had been done for the LM App showing our C10 status and vitals. As C10 owners we rely on the App to assure us that our vehicle is safe and healthy. That is why when the App could not get data from our C10 when we drive outside our region, we feel very vunerable and insecure not knowing the condition our car is in. This was due to the eSIM provided with the car that was not enrolled with data roaming option with the service provider. Allowing the vehicle telemetry data to flow thru C10's IVI wifi internet connection instead of LM's own onboard eSIM would solve the car eSIM's limitation since these eSIMs does not come with data autoroam. Allow IVI to remain alive while connected to valid wifi internet connection when vehicle is locked. Also allow C10's IVI USB dataport to remain powered and alive with safety voltage auto-off. C10 owners would provide the wifi internet connection at their own cost thus freeing LM from eSIM maintenance and running cost. Best to remove the eSIM altogether if C10 owners will not be able to maintain it themselves after the "free" period and allow the above wifi internet connection instead. We do not mind paying a nominal fee if there are any charges for LM to maintain the telemetry data servers in our respective region to ensure our LM App could get reliable and timely updates of our vehicle.
