Stop the car from rolling backwards when in Drive mode/Rolling forward in Reverse mode

The car tend to roll backwards when on any tiny uneven ground even when I am in Drive mode Same for the the other way when in Reverse and will tend to roll forward due to uneven ground or when on slopes.
