Better speedsign recognition

I just came back from a 2000km trip trough europe and the speedsign recognition is terrible. When entering the highway it remembers the last sign causing speed alarms. It should automaticly know the road speed. It does not recognize sub signs. We have plenty of sign state a speed under special conditions, like when raining, or cars over 3500kg, or when pulling a trailer etc. Also in many countries there are speedsigns indicating the speed for the next exit. The car recognize them as regular speedsigns. This is absolute terrible
