Suggestions for Improving the Leapmotor B10 Trip Planner
Suggestions for Improving the Leapmotor B10 Trip Planner Following several long-distance road tests, the following areas for improvement have been identified: The ability to display at all times the predicted battery percentage or remaining range (km) upon arrival at both the charging station and the final destination. Allow users to define a minimum battery reserve (e.g. arrive with 10%, 15% or 20% battery remaining). Improve the accuracy of range predictions, which currently tend to be overly optimistic. Prompt users to recalculate the route when consumption predictions deteriorate, preventing arrival at charging stations with critically low battery levels. Clearly indicate how much to charge at each stop (target state of charge) and the estimated charging time required. Display the estimated battery level at the destination in real time while charging. Improve integration between the navigation system and charging stations, ensuring the vehicle correctly recognises when it has arrived at and is actively charging at a planned charging stop. Display the complete trip plan from the outset, including all charging stops, estimated battery percentage on arrival, and expected charging duration at each stop.
