Use regenerative braking in ACC

ACC primarly uses mechanical braking for speed reduction. This increases energy consumption by up to 30%, depending on conditions. A 2.2 ton vehicle stores huge amount of potential and kinetic energy that is not recovered with regeneration especially when a lot elevation changes.
