Easy entry and remembering seat position.

Why in the world when you go OUT from the car - seat goes forword to DRIVER postion when you close the door. Nobody is on the seat. So when you again open. the seat goes again back to easy entry. This is the trouble that will break the seat one day. It does 2 times more in a life time than if the seat would stay in easy entry when no one is seating ON IT. Plus, at least 1 of 5 times, it does not want to go to driver memory, but just stays there on easy entry when I seat down and start the car.
