Issue: AC charging does not automatically resume after the EVSE temporarily reduces the available charging power to zero
When my Leapmotor B05 is connected to my Tesla Wall Connector Gen 3 with Dynamic Power Management enabled, charging works normally while sufficient power is available. However, if household consumption increases, the Wall Connector dynamically reduces the charging current. When the available power temporarily reaches zero, the B05 stops charging. The problem occurs when household consumption decreases again and the Wall Connector makes charging power available again. The B05 does not automatically resume charging. The vehicle displays a charger/charging fault and remains in this state indefinitely. To resume charging, I have to physically go to the vehicle, disconnect the charging cable and reconnect it. This makes dynamic load balancing impractical, particularly during overnight charging. Steps to reproduce: Connect the B05 to an AC charger with dynamic load balancing. Start charging normally. Increase household consumption until the EVSE temporarily reduces the available charging current/power to zero. Wait until household consumption decreases and the EVSE can provide power again. The B05 does not resume charging and reports a charging/charger fault. Disconnecting and reconnecting the charging cable allows charging to start normally again. Expected behaviour: When the EVSE makes charging current available again, the B05 should automatically renegotiate the AC charging session and resume charging without requiring the cable to be physically disconnected and reconnected. A temporary reduction of the available charging power to zero caused by Dynamic Load Balancing should not result in a permanent charging fault. This behaviour is especially important for compatibility with smart EV chargers and Dynamic Load Management systems.
