Multimedia Player ist bad

The multimedia player is cumbersome to use. Having to first select the folder on the USB stick and then separately select the "Files" tab just to see the files is simply not acceptable; the files should appear immediately upon opening the folder. Being able to play playlists would be highly desirable, and sequential folder playback would be great, too.
