3.41.30 BUG fast system startup stopped working

After the update to 3.41.30, fast system startup stopped working. Previously, thanks to this option, everything was ready to drive immediately after getting into the car. Now the system boots from scratch and you have to wait, even though the option is on. Additionally, the whole system has clearly slowed down - switching between menus and apps takes longer. A restart didn't help.
