Lane assistant OFF telltale is on while the assistant is reduced on

PRECONDITION: lane assistant is turned on, but reduced with only warnings and vibration, bit without steering wheel inputs. CURRENT BEHAVIOR: the telltale / warning lamp in the cluster instrument for "lane assistant OFF" lights up all the time. EXPECTED BEHAVIOR: The telltale should only light up, when the assistant is turned off completely.
