distraction warning can only be deactivated in "P" mode

I use the personalized steering wheel button to adapt my driving settings before every ride. Before the last update it was possible to turn of the distraction warning at any time. After the update this is only possible while the "P" (park) mode. For me this is less comfort and should be adapted like it was before. Thanks!
