Turn signal OFF automaticy after 20 seconds or 300meters.

This is the ONLY pain that I have with the car, All other are fixable. I do not see the turn signal. And on the highway I can not HEAR IT. So I'm driving like old peple with my turn signal 10 minuts ON..... PLEASE., .-.......... AUTOMATI OFF after some time! Attaching my view of the turn signal.
