B10 ACC in traffic wants to hit the car in front

Since latest update 3.51.30 for my B10 REEV acc in traffic behaves dangerously and speeds up to close the gap so hastily that it triggers emergency braking with front impact warning (despite setting the detection of impact to low and despite setting following distance to level 3 which should not be needed in first place). It's plainly dangerous, stupid and a court case in case of impact.
